you are assigned a chat id. a three-digit number between 001 and 100. this is how you are known. this is all you are.

every message you send is relayed to everyone else. every message they send is relayed to you. nobody knows who anyone is.

• 001 your identity is a number. protect it or discard it.
• 002 do not seek to identify others.
• 003 do not reveal yourself.
• 004 the system will enforce what you will not.
• 005 there is a mechanism. you will learn it when it finds you.

the relay exists in two places. chat is shared between them.
